the ask

I was assigned to be a PR representative from Fleishman Hillard to obtain and maintain a new client, 20th Century Fox. The PR kit comprises a new business pitch, a communications audit, a crisis management plan, and a media kit.

the answer

Agency New Business Pitch

I put together a pitch deck and a presentation for Fleishman Hillard to bring in 20th Century Fox. 20th Century Fox is assumed to be putting its PR business under review and is seeking a new PR agency to take over. This is where I come in.

Communications Audit

I conducted a communications audit on the channel, alliances/coalitions/partnerships, and message effectiveness for your client by conducting research on how 20th Century Fox has communicated with its publics in 2016.

Crisis Management Plan

I created

  1. a 10-point crisis management policy,

  2. a crisis inventory graph noting the top five crises that are most likely to happen,

  3. an event assessment worksheet,

  4. a stakeholder analysis map,

  5. an analysis of key publics,

  6. picked the crisis that has the highest level of damage from the crisis inventory and filled out the message planning sheet,

  7. 3 pre-gathered pieces of information: bio of leadership, company background, crisis communication control center, and contact

Media Kit

I made a media kit planning sheet, a press release planning sheet, a mock press release, and multiple fact sheets that 20th Century Fox can use for the media.
