THE ASK

I completed this project with a fellow intern, Chui Leng Tan. We were tasked with conducting a content audit for Curology, creating a deliverable that represents the brand voice, and proposing a new marketing campaign.

THE ANSWER

We conducted a content audit to understand what Curology’s current position is in the market and its value proposition. We also looked into the brand’s existing consumer touchpoints and identified that Curology lacks a truly physical presence in its marketing. Curology is only utilizing its digital presence to generate leads at this point in time, and we are proposing a temporary physical presence with Curology On-The-Go. Curology On-The-Go is an experiential marketing tactic that enables consumers in the United States to consult with a specialist in person and possibly sign up for a subscription on the spot.
